On March 10, the Inter-American Dialogue released "A Second Chance: U.S. Policy in the Americas," its recommendations for a new U.S. policy agenda in the Americas. The Dialogue's Christopher Moore produced a video covering the first week of the report's launch in Washington, along with feedback on the report from hemispheric leaders such as Carla Hills, Mack McLarty, Moises Naim, and Nora Lustig.
